Interior Painting

After painting hundreds of interiors, we've learned a thing or two.

The most important thing is, put the paint where it's supposed to be, and don't put it where it's NOT supposed to be. The rest is just details.

Exterior Painting

After painting thousands of exteriors, we've learned a thing or two.

You must, must, MUST make sure the surfaces have been properly prepared before you put a spec of paint on the walls. Otherwise the paint job just won't hold up.

Office & Commercial

After painting millions of offices, we've learned a thing or two.

Well, okay, it's only been three or four offices... but one thing that sticks out - painting offices usually seems to be a lot more fun. And easy. Don't ask me why.

I'm the St. Pete Painter.

And you are a website visitor looking for someone to paint your home or office. Looks like a match made in Heaven!

But wait. Why should you hire me? I mean, aren't there many other qualified guys and gals in Pinellas County who could paint your place?

Of course there are. And to the untrained eye, perhaps we're all interchangeable.

But you're a little smarter than most people. I've got a sixth-sense when it comes to sizing up my fellow humans, and there's something special about you. I can tell.

You've got a keen eye. You're focused. Decisive. But you're also flexible enough to listen to good advice. You'd make a good leader. Perhaps you already are.

I'm lucky to have you here.

And if we both play our cards right, you'll be joining an elite group who've created a partnership with me to accomplish a common goal.

Namely, to get some painting done!

You could probably do the work yourself, if you had the time. But you're an important person. Your time is valuable.

That's where I come in.

Here's what I can do for you:

I can get your place professionally painted quickly, easily, and without the drama. All for a fair price.

I maintain a small crew, because I don't want to get so large that I can't keep a sharp eye on every job I do. (Okay, I'll admit I'm a little bit of a control freak, but I'm working on it!)

Lord knows, I try not to micromanage my workers...

Speaking of which, I have some very loyal painters working for me. They're good honest people. I treat them with respect.

Also, work-place harmony is very important to me. I only want to bring good energy to the job site.

I don't play games with my workers to try to motivate them. They're actually all pretty self-motivated. They take pride in their work.

Plus, they know I'm going to be checking every job for quality.

They know my standards.

They know I'm way more concerned with integrity - doing the right thing because it IS the right thing. Rather than just trying to make a quick buck and get on to the next job.

Don't get me wrong - I know when it's appropriate to do the job 'fast and cheap'.

But that's usually not the case. And I've very careful to find out exactly what the homeowner wants before I get too far into our initial conversation. If they want it done as cheaply as possible, then I'll recommend the best ways to cut corners, if that's what we have to do.

Most of the time, however, people want the best job possible at a fair price. I've found most people don't mind paying a fair price for quality work.

Look, I'm not the most expensive painter in St. Pete. And I'm not the cheapest. But I'm probably the best. I know what it takes to get the job done right.

I keep an eye on the details. I know where the problem areas are, before I even start the job.

But you probably already know that about me. After all, you're a pretty smart cookie. I like that about you.

So give me a call and let's make this happen!

Cause the second best painter in town is no longer available...

Look familiar?

He's the guy responsible for the creation of The Dali Museum.

And in case you didn't know, The Dali is open seven days a week, with a few exceptions:

The Museum is closed on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.

The Museum closes at 4pm on Thu, Mar 9, 2017 and reopens Mon, Mar 13, 2017, for the annual St. Petersburg Grand Prix.

St. Petersburg, by the way, is the 5th largest city in Florida, home to nearly 260,000 residents and part of a 2.98 million person MSA.

St. Petersburg sort-of combines the amenities and variety that any large city has to offer, while providing a small-town neighborhood feel in an affordable setting. Hey, there's a lot worst places we could be!

St. Petersburg has become one of the brightest spots in the Southeast, not only as a headquarters for new businesses, but as a home for a growing, talented workforce.

The city also has a pretty decent transportation, telecommunication, and utility infrastructure all designed (supposedly) to support business growth and workforce commutes.

I'm not exactly sure what any of this has to do with hiring the best painter in St.Pete, but at least now you've learned a bit of meaningless trivia... so you got that going for you.
